Thank you for your interest in premarital counseling at Vanguard Church. As a body of believers, we are committed to helping you to be as prepared as possible for your upcoming marriage, both in planning your wedding and in ensuring that you are spiritually and emotionally prepared for the covenant of marriage. The following steps will be helpful:
Call the Vanguard Church office at 591.8800 at least 6-8 months prior to your anticipated wedding date. You will receive a premarital counseling packet that will help you get started in the counseling process.
Note: There is a $100 fee to cover the cost of scoring for the Taylor-Johnson Criss Cross and Prepare.
You will be meeting with a couple with extensive premarital counseling experience. The counseling process usually takes six to eight one-hour sessions to complete.
