Purity Weekend is almost here! Have you signed up yet???

I really want to encourage you to sign up for this event -- even if your student is reluctant! We are covering important issues in a way tha twill make awkward conversations more natural fo ryou. I was personally amazed by the way this happened last year -- it went above my expectations!

This is the last week to sign up!  We will be taking registration on Wednesday night at  large group. We will be looking through the lens of "processing the world," which will enable us to examine cutting, substance abuse, media and sexual purity. The cost is $20/family (parents and students). The weekend will take place Friday, the 11th from 7-9pm and Saturday, the 12th from 9am-noon and 4-8pm. Dinner will be provided. For more info, check out the sign up table at the Relation Station.

Whether you decide to sign up or not, be praying for the weekend. I truly believe God has great things in store.

Here are some dates:

FRI 4/11-SAT 4/12 -- PURITY WEEKEND: This is a weekend designed for both parents & students & is a great opportunity to open the doors of communication between you & your student. We will address the both the importance & accessability of purity & as parents you will be given greater clarity & insight into youth culture. The sessions will not be the same as last year.

WED 4/23 (7-8:30pm) -- AMERICAN GLADIATORS: Who will be the next American Gladiator?

SUN 5/18 (1-2pm) -- PARENT MEETING: We will be including parents of the upcoming 6th graders. Food will be provided.
