A Servant: Find ways to serve (seek to serve, not to be served…servant leader, use your time and talents to serve)

A Prayer: Pray over everything (pray to start meetings, pray for each other, pray for leaders)

A Lover: Love each other and God (care for fellow church members and people who don’t yet know Christ, take risks to love people and God)

An Equipper: Teach people to train others (equipper; use your life experiences and knowledge of scripture to train others)

A Steward: Give your possessions and money (be a good steward, use your financial resources to help further the mission)

WE BELIEVE…

The pastors and teachers…
exist to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ. (Ephesians 4:12)- the staff exists to equip, empower, and engage the church body to serve and do ministry

Church authority and structure is needed and is a good thing

Small relational groups are critical to effectiveness of a church

Multiplying Vanguard’s model is the most effective way to love people into a real relationship with Jesus Christ
