Church planting puts you on the front lines of taking the risk to advance God's Kingdom & reach wanderers with the name of Jesus. Vanguard is called to train & multiply those taking a risk to plant churches. Frontline Church Planting Center has been a dream of Vanguard for years. We believe it is time to officially launch Frontline in September! The three words we cannot get out of our minds and hearts are PRAY, EQUIP & SEND. We are praying daily for God to bring & raise up laborers for the harvest along Colorado's Front Range (Luke 10:2) so that we can equip them for holistic ministry (Ephesians 4:12) and send them out to places of need (Matthew 28). Our vision is to AID IN BIRTHING A MOVEMENT OF MULTIPLYING CHURCHES TO TRANSFORM THE WESTERN UNITED STATES & BEYOND. We pray that you come along on that journey with us!
WHY train church planters?
We believe the BEST way to help change the world is by planting churches. We also believe the best blessing we can give a planter family is to equip them with the necessary tools to reach the lost and journey toward becoming self-sustaining churches. It's the same as the old adage about fishing; we want to be a church that doesn't just give out trout platters, but teachers planters to catch trout.
 WHAT is Frontline Church Planting Center?
A church planter center is an incubation process focused on training the whole family in the mindset & tools needed to face the rigors of planting & pastoring a church. Residents will live & grow in the heart of Colorado Springs as they orient their whole lives toward learning & preparing for the season of planting. They will receive relational, formal & experiential training during those 12 months. RELATIONAL training focuses on learning from a ministry coach for three years, and marriage mentoring is geared toward strengthening their marriage. FORMAL learning happens through residents reading books together, going on Front Range field trips, & soaking wisdom from on-the-ground pastors & practitioners in our monthly learning intensives. EXPERIENTIAL training focuses on the things that you just have to learn from practical experience at Vanguard and other local churches. Our learning venues are based on a holistic apprentice model of growing in wisdom, not simply gaining knowledge.
HOW will this be launched & sustained?
Frontline Church Planting Center is a vision bigger than Vanguard. We believe this is a vision bigger than a region. Frontline is run by Vanguard but supported through partnership with other local churches. Local churches can participate in 9 venues of collaboration in order to train planters for the journey God has called them to. We are praying that God raises up 20 partner churches in the area to sustain Frontline.

.jpg) Cultivate Learning Track is a 12 month equipping course for those who want to be challenged in Biblical leadership as disciples on mission in the local Church. Sessions involve teaching, discussion, panels & table interaction. This track is well suited for, but not limited to, church planting teams. Groups have dinner discussions during evening sessions at a local restaurant. Cultivate is sponsored by Frontline Church Planting Center & open to anyone who is registered & paid.
When: One weekend per month September-August, Fridays 5 AM-8:30 PM and Saturdays 9 AM-12 PM.
Cost: $299, $249 for planters and planter spouses & $199 for Springs Planting Network members. The price includes 10 regular sessions, MULTIPLY Leaders Conference, Epic Fail Roundtable with childcare included & dinners for your kids.

Kids: Childcare is included in the cost for kids up to 10 years old. Free kid dinner included
Instructors: Learning sessions are taught interactively by local practitioners
Reading: Learners are expected to read 1-2 books per month in preparation for sessions
